My work expresses deepest existential moments in my life. They reflect emotional intensities linked with precious encounters or unique moments that have touched me forever. They involve sole instants captured in time and space, that I call "momentum".
Effigies are aerial beings floating in space, metamorphic silhouettes constructed with interwoven lines. They configure action sculptures loosened by the actionable impulse of my spirit. In between automatism and calculated movements of my hands, they sought to represent states of the subconscious mind where change, spontaneity and flux assimilate the human essence.
They congeal transient marks of organic shapes processed as metaphors of the quintessential human encounter: dance, hug, love, passion, anger, consolation are at the core of my figures.
